The career counselling process is divided into three stages:

• Student Registration
• Psychometric Test
• One-to-one Counselling Session

Student Registration: Firstly, you need to fill out our Career Counselling Registration Form to get registered with us and make the required payment for your chosen program.

Psychometric Test: Following registration, you'll undergo a comprehensive psychometric test. This will evaluate your aptitudes, interests, personality traits, and work values. The results will help our career experts to recommend optimal career paths that would suit you best.

One-to-one Counselling Session: After the psychometric test, a personalized counselling session will be arranged with one of our skilled career experts. This session aims to align your strengths, preferences, and aspirations with suitable career options.

You have the flexibility to choose the mode of the psychometric test according to your preference. Both offline (pen and paper) and online modes are available. For offline testing, you're welcome to visit our office in Lucknow. Alternatively, for online testing, simply notify us to receive the test link.

Keeping in mind the convenience of students, we can provide career counselling in online mode. You can get registered by filling our Online “Career Counselling Registration Form” and make payment online. You can take the test online, and your counselling will be done by career experts through video conferencing platforms such as Zoom.

We provide four follow-up sessions within a year following your initial counselling session. You can book your follow-up session by informing us in advance and letting us know your preferred timing.

Our Psychometric Test includes both an Aptitude Test and a Career Interest Assessment.

• Aptitude Test:
  • For students in grade 8, 2 hours are allocated.
  • For students in grades 9 to 12, the test duration is 1 hour and 35 minutes.
• Career Interest Assessment: There is no time limit for this section, allowing you to take as much time as you need to complete it comfortably.

We strongly advise taking the psychometric test to gain a thorough understanding of your interests and aptitudes. However, if you've already determined your career path and are seeking clarity, you can choose our General Counselling Plan. Through this plan, we will assess your career interests via an interest test, followed by addressing your career-related questions and offering the necessary assistance in a single counselling session.

Certainly, you can upgrade your plan. You'll need to pay the remaining balance of ₹ 3100/-, and then you can access the benefits of the full-fledged Counselling Program.
