WHAT’S THE COURSE ABOUT?
Mere technical knowledge or experience in a particular job function does not ensure employability or career progress. There are six soft, managerial and leadership skills – collectively called the employability skills that are required for a professional to enter and succeed in an organization. The lack of these skills can prevent students from getting employed and those employed from getting promoted. \n\nSurveys reveal that a vast majority of arts, commerce, science, and engineering graduates etc are not job-ready because they do not have the requisite employability skills. Since, organizations expect students to be job ready, students must learn these employability skills even as they pursue their formal or higher education.
This course is designed keeping in mind the skills needed for polytechnic, college and university students of all streams, junior and middle level professionals. It's a must-study course for job seekers and students about to complete higher education.
