ChatGPT is revolutionising the way we do our jobs, from media to marketing to even writing software codes. But do you know that it can even get you shortlisted for the job of your dream!
According to a video on Twitter, ChatGPT can write the perfect resume that can be shortlisted by the interviewers.
In the video, the narrator says that her resume prepared using ChatGPT was shortlisted by 10 big companies. “This is how my resume got shortlisted for more than ten big companies just by using this hack,” says the narrator.
She then went on to explain the process of creating the perfect resume through ChatGPT.
Here’s the step-by-step process to create a resume through ChatGPT as per the viral video.
Step 1
Go to ChatGPT
Step 2
Create a prompt called You Are My Resume Creator.
Step 3
Go to LinkedIn, copy the job description of the company that you want to apply for, and paste it on ChatGPT.
Step 4
Add some information about yourself in ChatGPT.
Step 5
Based on the information provided, the ChatGPT will then create an entire resume.
Step 6
Copy that and paste it into Instaresume.IO which will then create an amazing template for you.
Step 7
After that, go to the SkillSyncer website and upload your resume there, which will then suggest your ATS score and also help you find the keywords missing from your resume, concludes the video.
The video has gone viral and has gotten over 2.5 million views.
Some, however, pointed out that recruiters are now using filters to weed out AI-generated resumes.
“Chat GPT is god level,” commented another.
“It’s amazing how quickly people have put the technology to work,” observed another Twitter user.
Another person quipped: “The companies are also smart enough to apprehend. Sooner, they will be asking for a handwritten resume.”
